  1. Introduction of and call for a Public Hearing on ordinance 6321, a zoning change from the A-Agricultural zoning district to the Conditional MA-Industrial zoning district.The Planning and Zoning Commission recommends approval. 
  2. Introduction of and call for a Public Hearing on ordinance 6322, regarding amendments to the City of Bismarck Building Codes.
  3. Re-appointment of Ondine Baird to the Bismarck Parking Authority.

Consider the request for approval from the Engineering Department for the following:

  1. North Dakota Department of Transportation maintenance and non-encroachment agreement. 
  2. Accept a cash donation to be used for bike signage along River Road.
  3. Authorize the Mayor to sign on behalf of the City for North Dakota Department of Transportation final certification forms on federally funded projects.
