  1. Introduction of and call for a Public Hearing on Ordinance 6332, a zoning ordinance text amendment relating to design standards for the DC-Downtown Core District and the DF- Downtown Core District. The Planning and Zoning Commission recommends approval.
  2. Introduction of and call for a Public Hearing on Ordinance 6333, an ordinance text amendment relating to specific provisions for downtown. Staff recommends approval.
  3. Resolution to release the temporary cul-de-sac easement and a utility easement within Lot 2, Block 2, Wachter's Seventeenth Addition. Staff recommends approval.
  4. Final action on the 2017 HOME Annual Plan.

Consider the request for approval from the Engineering Department for the following:

  1. Approval of contract amendment 4 with Apex Engineering Group for Storm Sewer Improvement District 563.
  2. Dedication of Right-of-Way and Utility Easement of the vacated portion of 6th Street.
  3. Resolution Creating Street Improvement District 524 and Ordering Preparation of the Preliminary Report. 
  4. Resolution Approving Preliminary Report and Directing Preparation of Plans and Specifications for Street Improvement District 524.

9. Consider the requests for approval from the Community Development Department - Planning Division for the Hamburg Industrial Park Third Addition.

  1. Public Hearing on Ordinance 6325 a request for the annexation.
