Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck City Commission will hold public hearings on Tuesday, July 24, 2018, at 5:15 p.m. in the Tom Baker Meeting Room, City-County Building, 221 North 5th Street, Bismarck, North Dakota, to consider the following items:
• Request of the City of Bismarck for approval of a zoning change from the Conditional-CG-Commercial zoning district to the CG-Commercial zoning district for Lot C of Lot 1, Block 1, Prairie Hills 3rd Addition. The property is owned by DLAH Properties, LLC and is located in west-central Bismarck, between Interstate 94 and West Divide Avenue, in the southeast quadrant of the intersection of West Turnpike Avenue and West Capitol Avenue.
• Request of the City of Bismarck for approval of amendments and modifications to the Future Land Use Plan. The proposed updates would amend the Future Land Use Plan to reflect existing conditions and clarify classification inconsistencies.
