Burgum directs flags at half-staff on Memorial Day, will honor military heroes at N.D. Veterans Ceme

In observance of Memorial Day, Gov. Doug Burgum has directed all government agencies to fly the United States and North Dakota flags at half-staff on Monday until noon, and North Dakotans are encouraged to do the same at their homes and businesses.
