The City of Bismarck is accepting proposals for the Police Department Impound Storage Building Replacement project. Proposals will be received by the Board of City Commissioners, of the City of Bismarck, in the Offices of the City Administrator, until three (3:00) o’clock p.m., Thursday January 12, 2017. Bids will be publicly opened and reviewed at four (4:00) o’clock p.m. on Thursday, January 12, 2017 at Conference Room A1, City/County Building at 221 North 5th St., Bismarck, North Dakota.
A Pre-Bid Conference and will be held at the Bismarck Police Station Building located at 700 S 9th Street, Bismarck, ND on Tuesday, January 3, 2017 at 10:00 am. Location will be the conference room just inside the lobby. The conference will address questions and identify clarifications needed.
A certified check of the bidder or a bidder’s bond in an amount equal to five (5) percent of the gross sum bid, enclosed in a separate envelope marked “Bid Bond”, must accompany each proposal. Checks or bonds of the unsuccessful bidders will be returned to them after making the award. Bid security and a copy of the Contractor’s license shall be enclosed in a separate envelope attached to be bid envelope.
