The City of Bismarck is seeking cost proposals for snow removal for the 2017-2018 season for the City/County Building, Public Health Center, Public Library, and Event Center parking lots and sidewalks. Proposals will also be received for two option years, 2018-2019 and 2019-2020. Proposals for snow removal for the City of Bismarck will be received by the Board of City Commissioners of the City of Bismarck in the office of the City Administrator, until three (3:00) o’clock p.m., Monday, August 21, 2017. Bids will be publicly opened and reviewed at four (4:00) o’clock p.m., on Monday, August 21, 2017.

(Changes bid opening date from August 21, 2017 to August 28, 2017. Time of day and location stay the same.)
Prior to award, the successful bidder shall provide Proof of Insurance (minimum of $250,000 per individual; $500,000 per aggregate occurrence) that names the City of Bismarck as an additional insured for the contractor’s operations at the City/County Building, Public Health Center, Public Library, and Civic Center.
All bidders are invited to be present at the opening of the proposals.
The right is reserved to hold all bids for a period of forty-five (45) days, to reject any and all bids, to waive technicalities or to accept such as may be determined to be for the best interest of the City of Bismarck.
