Self Inspection Form

The Bismarck Fire Department has developed and is implementing a fire safety self inspection program for select businesses. The program is designed to allow business owners that have had exceptional fire safety inspections over the past three years the opportunity to conduct their own self fire safety inspection and extend the time between regular inspections by the fire department to every three years. In addition, your participation in the program will assist in working with other businesses that have not reached the high level of fire and life safety you have currently.
