Please include the item number your comment references. The comments will be sent to the members, as well as placed with the minutes.

Introduction of and call for a public hearing on Ordinance 6466, a request for the annexation of Lots 4-14, Block 2, Lot 1, Block 3, and Lots 1-9 and Lots 23-29, Block 4, Boulder Ridge Seventh Addition First Replat, requested by Five Guys Investment, LLP.
Introduction of and call for a public hearing on Ordinance 6467, a Planning and Zoning Commission initiated zoning ordinance text amendment relating to the keeping of chickens.
RBK Ventures Second Subdivision, requested by RBK Ventures, LLC
Introduction of and call for a public hearing on Ordinance 6468, a request for a zoning change from the A – Agriculture zoning district to the Conditional MA – Industrial zoning district. The Bismarck Planning and Zoning Commission recommends approval.
Approve Bis-Man Transit to purchase two (2) 29-foot Gillig heavy duty fixed-route buses.
Approve Bis-Man Transit to purchase a 2022 Ford F350 service truck.
