Consider the request for approval from the Airport:

  1. CCH Turbine LLC's request to abate lease payments until weather allows construction in the spring of 2020.

Consider the request from the Attorney for the following:

  1. Introduction of and call for a public hearing on Ordinance 6401, regarding sick leave.
  2. Approve the Settlement Agreement, regarding SU 15-58 project.

Consider the request for approval from Bismarck-Burleigh Public Health for the following:

  1. Authorize the acceptance of funding for Blue Zones project participation from the North Dakota Department of Health. 
  2. Authorize the acceptance of donation from North Dakota Community Foundation to support the Nurse Family Partnership Program. 
  3. Accept donations for Women's Way.

Consider the request for approval from the Community Development Department for the following:

  1. Permission to apply for Census Complete Count Committee funding. 
  2. Introduction of and call for Public Hearing on Ordinance 6402, an amendment to City Ordinance Section 4 regarding Minimum Habitability Standards for Rental Housing (City of Bismarck Building Code.) 
  3. Approve bid for accessibility upgrades to transitional housing units at Heartview Foundation at 305 N. 34th St. 
H.

Consider the request for approval from the Engineering Department for the following:


  1. Accept Water Main, Valve and Hydrant Assumption Agreement and Dedication located in a utility easement adjacent to Harvest Lane.

Consider the request for approval from the Finance Department for the following:

  1. Application for Abatement for year 2018, Disabled Veteran Credit at 531 Weatherby Way.
  2. Application for Abatement for years 2017 - 2019, Wheelchair Exemption Property at 2413 Stevens St.
  3. Application for Abatement for year 2019, Disabled Veteran Credit at 2601 Village Dr.

Consider the request for approval from the Human Resources Department for the following:

  1. Authorize the new agreement updating the Oracle Cloud Services Public Sector Agreement from auto renewal to standard renewal associated with the recruitment software. 
  2. Updated Title VI and Discrimination Plan.

Consider the request for approval from the Police Department for the following:

  1. Authorize the acceptance of a donation from Starion Bank, in the amount of $500, for the animal impound facility.

  1. Award the bid for Fire Station 2 Overhead Doors to CS Doors, Inc. 
  2. Purchase of one mechanical sweeper from Swanston Equipment Companies.

Consider the request for approval from the Public Works - Utility Operations Department for the following:

  1. Task Order No.9  to the Agreement with AE2S for 2019 Lime Slaking Expansion Construction, Post Construction and Commissioning Services at the Water Treatment Plant.
