  2. Authorization to apply for funding from Prevent Child Abuse North Dakota. 
  3. Authorization to apply for Community Orchard/Garden Project Grant.
  4. Permission to accept donations for Women's Way.

Consider the request from the Community Development Department for the following:

  1. Introduction of and call for a public hearing on Ordinance 6403, an amendment to City Ordinance Section 4 regarding the 2018 Building Code adoption (City of Bismarck Building Code).
  2. Request of the Historic Preservation Commission to apply for the Cultural Heritage Grant.

Consider the request for approval from the Engineering Department for the following:

  1. Endorse the Bismarck Parks & Recreation District's application to the Metropolitan Planning Organization for the North Dakota Department of Transportation TA (Transportation Alternative) Grant contingent on approval by Bismarck Parks & Recreation District.
  2. Accept Amendment 2 to existing agreement for professional services with KLJ for 43rd Ave. Reconstruction.

Consider the request for approval from the Fire Department for the following:

Consider the request for approval from the Public Works Utility Operations Department for the following:

  1. Award bid for 2020 Chemical Bids for Water/Wastewater Treatment. 
  2. Sole source purchase of two rotary airlocks for the Water Treatment Plant.
  3. Additional funding for emergency operations for dewatering at the Wastewater Treatment Plant.
