The Bismarck-Mandan Metropolitan Planning Organization hereby requests proposals from all interested and qualified Planning Consultants desiring to conduct a Lincoln Road Corridor Study within the Bismarck/Mandan area.

A Request For Proposal (RFP), with a Scope of Work, project requirements, and a map of the requested Lincoln Road Corridor study area will be sent to interested firms for this project upon request. A copy of the Lincoln Road Corridor Study RFP is also available for viewing or download.

Written proposals from qualified consultants must be received on or before 4:00 pm, July 16, 2010. It is anticipated that the Policy Board will make a final decision by August 17, 2010.
