Bismarck Public Works has had many phone calls from customers asking about when they will receive their water utility bill. The City wants to remind customers that billing cycles were modified beginning in October and customers were notified that they will now receive their bills at a different time of the month than they have in the past. To see the change in their billing date customers can go to the city website at http://www.bismarck.org/index.aspx?NID=197 to find out when their bill will be processed. Bills are processed on the 10th, 20th and 30th of the month. Bills will still be due on the 15th day after billing.
