The City of Bismarck is notifying water utility billing customers that the automatic, recurring payment option expected to be available November 1, has been delayed due to technical difficulties. Bismarck water utility billing customers may continue making one-time, on-line payment of their water utility bill by using their Visa, MasterCard, Discover and/or Electronic Check at http://www.bismarck.org/index.aspx?NID=203
Customers will be notified when the recurring automatic payment option becomes available with a notice on their water utility billing statement.
