The Fargo-Moorhead Metropolitan Council of Governments (Metro COG), the Bismarck-Mandan Metropolitan Planning Organization, and the Grand Forks-East Grand Forks Metropolitan Planning Organization, in cooperation with the North Dakota Department of Transportation, request proposals from qualified firms to provide origin-destination data for the three MPO areas in North Dakota.

It is intended this data will integrate with Travel Demand Models, calibrate modeled trip assignment, verify accuracy of forecasted trip generation within transportation analysis zones under various policy and planning scenarios, and show travel patterns for further transportation planning or operations analysis.
