Public involvement is requested in the preparation of the City of Bismarck and Bis-Man Transit Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Goal for 2019-2021.  The public is notified that the City of Bismarck has announced its Disadvantaged Business Enterprise overall goal for the years 2019, 2020, and 2021 at 0.25%.

Furthermore, the public is notified that the City of Bismarck’s Disadvantaged Business Enterprise goal and its rationale will be available for citizens to review at Bis-Man Transit, 3750 E Rosser Ave, Bismarck, ND 58501, July 12, 2018 to July 24, 2018. The Goal is also available on the City of Bismarck's website and Bis-Man Transit's website.
