The Bismarck-Mandan Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) will accept public comment regarding updates and proposed modifications to its Title VI and Non-Discrimination/ADA Plan until 5pm Friday, November 13, 2020. The purpose of the Title VI and Non-Discrimination/ADA Program Access Plan is to identify the MPO's responsibilities in complying with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and al related regulations and statutes; the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990/ and/or Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and all related regulations and statutes. The purpose of the public comment period is to provide an opportunity for public involvement in reviewing the proposed modifications to the Plan.
The public is invited to submit written comments to the Bismarck-Mandan Metropolitan Planning Organization no later than 5:00 pm, Friday, November 13, 2020 to P.O. Box 5503, Bismarck, North Dakota, 58506. Written comments should be directed to Kim Riepl and faxed to (701) 222-6450 or sent to the above address. Written comments may also be E-mailed and should be identified as public comment on the proposed modifications to the Title Vi and Non-Discrimination/ADA Program Access Plan.
