The Bismarck-Mandan Metropolitan Planning Organization (BMMPO) will hold a public hearing on Monday, March 15, 2021 at 10 am regarding proposed amendments to the Bismarck-Mandan 2021-2024 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP). The meeting will be held in conjunction with the regularly scheduled meeting of the BMMPO Technical Advisory Committee in the Tom Baker Meeting Room of the City/County Office Building at 221 N. 5th Street, Bismarck, ND.
The proposed amendments to the 2021-2024 TIP will be available on the MPO webpage beginning Saturday, February 28, 2021. The proposed amendments will also be available for citizens to review at the Bismarck Community Development Department office at 221 N. 5th Street, beginning Monday, March 1, 2021. Following the consideration period of citizens' comments, the proposed amendments will be presented to the MPO Policy Board for possible adoption as part of the 2021-2024 TIP, contingent upon no substantive change required due to public comments.
The public is invited to attend the public hearing or to submit written comments to Rachel Drewlow of the MPO no later than 9 am Monday, March 15, 2021, to PO Box 5503, Bismarck, ND 58506. Written comments may also be emailed or faxed to (701) 222-6450. Comments that are emailed or faxed should be specifically identified as public input on the proposed changes to the 2021-2024 TIP.
