Effective immediately, Thursday, January 5, 2023, the traffic signal at the intersection of Ninth Street and Arbor Avenue has been taken out of service.  

The stop signs are in place on Arbor Avenue for eastbound and westbound traffic. Ninth Street northbound traffic no longer is required stop at this intersection with the exception of yielding to pedestrians in the crosswalk.
