The Human Resources (HR) Department utilizes the Oracle Taleo Cloud Service Business Edition to manage the applicant management system. Onboarding, offboarding, and forms management processes are manual. The HR Department recruits for 15 departments. Recruiting generally involves posting for approximately 115 positions and receiving 1,800 applications annually.
