  3. Understanding of project and proposed work approach
  4. Knowledge of regulations and local conditions

Interviews should plan to be remote video via Microsoft Teams for consultants and for selection committee. A recommendation to the Bismarck Board of City Commissioners will be made by the selection committee. Price will be negotiated with the successful firm and if negotiations are successful, a professional services agreement will be executed with a single consultant. Approved sub-agreements for minor portions of the work will be permitted. A budget of $85,000 is authorized for this project.
