It is unlawful for anyone to park or leave standing on any public street or highway in the city any boat, snowmobile, bumper pull travel trailer, fifth wheel trailer,pull type camper, pickup camper, motor home, house car, bus, mini motor home, or trailer for a period longer than forty-eight hours consecutively. Any person violating this section is subject to a fine of One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($150.00) per each day of violation. A boat, snowmobile, bumper pull travel trailer, fifth wheel trailer, pull type camper, pickup camper, motor home, house car, bus, mini motor home, or trailer left parked or standing on any public street or highway for a consecutive period longer than forty-eight hours shall be considered abandoned for purposes of Section 12-13-23(k). Notwithstanding paragraph above, it is unlawful for any person to park or leave standing any boat, snowmobile, bumper pull travel trailer, fifth wheel trailer, pull type camper, pickup camper, motor home, house car, bus, mini motor home, or trailer on the public right-of-way in any residentially zoned area from December 1 to March 31.
