2023 State of the Cities
The 2023 Bismarck-Mandan Chamber EDC State of the Cities was held on November 14, 2023, at the Bismarck Event Center. Bismarck Mayor Mike Schmitz presented his 2023 State of the City Address and participated in a Bismarck/Burleigh County Panel that included Burleigh County Commissioner Wayne Munson, Bismarck Public School Board President Dan Eastgate, and Bismarck Parks and Recreation District Board President Michael Gilbertson. The panel was moderated by North Dakota Office of Management and Budget's Molly Herrington.
