Administration Services

The Chief of Police is Jason Stugelmeyer. Chief Stugelmeyer is responsible for all functions of the Bismarck Police Department.

LT. Roger Marks III is the Administrative Services Lieutenant. He overseas the Accreditation Manager, Records Supervisor and Records Technicians.

Officer Amanda Gallagher is the Accreditation Manager. Her responsibility is to make sure the department is following CALEA standards to continue to be one of only three departments in the state of North Dakota who are accredited.
