Specialized Units

Responsibilities

The Specialized Unit Section is commanded by Lt. Noah Lindelow. 

To provide the citizens of Bismarck with the best possible service, the Bismarck Police Department has developed several specialized units to handle the extreme situations in which a basic police response would not be effective and/or be dangerous to the citizens and officers. The officers who are members of this team have taken on these responsibilities on a volunteer basis and in addition to their primary assignment.
