[ARCHIVED] Flags to be Flown at Half-Staff in Honor of Fallen Police Officer

Effective today flags will be flown at half-staff at City of Bismarck public buildings to honor fallen Police Sargeant Steve Kenner for his service and ultimate sacrifice. Flags will be flown at half-staff until he has been laid to rest.
