Beginning on Wednesday, August 17, 2011, on Avenue C at 9th Street and between 4th Street and 5th Street, Titus Excavating will be replacing valves on a water main.
Access to local residences will be maintained.
Traffic should anticipate congestion during peak traffic periods on Avenue C and seek alternate routes.
This work should be compoleted by Thursday evening.
