Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck City Commission, on Tuesday, July 26, 2011, approved an ordinance rezoning from the RT-Residential and R5-Residential zoning districts to the P-Public zoning district on the South 180 feet of the West 715.29 feet of the East 924 feet of the SE¼ of the SE¼ of Section 30, T139N-R80W/Hay Creek Township.
This ordinance is available for copying and inspection during normal working hours in the office of the City Administrator.
