Effective Tuesday, August 30, 2011, River Road will be closed south of Fraine Barracks Road. Knife River Contracting will be removing sandbags in this section of River Road.
River Road will remain closed to vehicular traffic through the end of the week and should reopen late Friday.
Access will be maintained for local home owners.
Traffic will be detoured using Memorial Highway/Fraine Barracks Road through the Main Avenue Intersection.
