Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck City Commission, on Tuesday, September 27, 2011, approved an ordinance rezoning from the R5-Residential, RM5-Residential and RM10-Residential zoning districts to the R10-Residential zoning district on Lots 1-3 and 18-23, Block 5, Shannon Valley Addition.
This ordinance is available for copying and inspection during normal working hours in the office of the City Administrator.
