Bowen Ave. will be closed for Open Your Heart Pick Up.
WHAT: Bowen Ave. will be closed Dec. 23 for the annual “Open Your Heart” program pickup. The street will be closed to through traffic, but open to volunteers picking up and delivering gift baskets.
Volunteers are asked to enter Parking Lot D through the south gate off of 7th Street.
WHEN: Bowen will be closed Dec. 23 from 5:30 AM until approximately 1:00 PM.
