Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck City Commission will hold public hearings on Tuesday, March 27, 2012, at 5:15 p.m. in the Tom Baker Meeting Room, City-County Building, 221 North 5th Street, Bismarck, North Dakota, to consider the following items:
• Request of State Street Developers, Inc., for a zoning change from the RT-Residential and CG-Commercial zoning districts to the RT-Residential and CG-Commercial zoning districts on 43rd Avenue Commercial Park Second Addition. The property is located along the east side of Coleman Street and the west side of Ottawa Street north of 43rd Avenue NE.
• Request of Capital Group Properties, LLP and CCC Properties, for the annexation of Lots 1-2, Block 2, Oxentenko Commercial Properties, along with the south half of the adjacent Calgary Avenue right-of-way, containing 1.80 acres, more or less.
• Request of Invesco Holdings, Inc., MDS Properties, LLC and Meadowlark Hills, LLC, for the annexation of that part of Meadowlark Commercial Third Addition, not previously annexed (Lots 3-6, Block 2; Lots 1-2, Block 3; Lots 1-6, Block 4; Lots 1-4, Block 5; and Lots 3-4, Block 6), containing 50.39 acres, more or less.
At the public hearings, the Board of City Commissioners will provide an opportunity for all interested persons to be heard with respect to these items.
