Bodyworks: A Toolkit for Healthy Teens and Strong Families is a class available in Bismarck free of charge beginning April 3. Bodyworks classes will be held every Tuesday in April, and the first Tuesday in May, 4:30 - 6:00 p.m. in the Bismarck Burleigh Public Health (BBPH) conference room, 500 East Front Ave., Bismarck.

Bodyworks, is a class that promotes healthy behavior changes and a healthy body image for 12-18 year olds. Parents or guardians are encouraged to attend at least one class session and are invited to attend all classes. A fun toolkit will be given to each participant. The class is FREE and enrollment for each session is limited to twenty participants. Call 701-355-1540 to register.

Bodyworks helps youth to improve lifestyle choices, helps parents think as role models, gives hands-on ideas to make life better, and is offered at no cost to participants.
