Notice is hereby given that there has been filed by the order of the Board of City Commissioners of the City of Bismarck, North Dakota, with the Community Development Department thereof, a petition to vacate the southerly 43 feet of the non-access line on Yegen Road along the east side of Lot 1, Block 2, Missouri Valley Complex 1st Replat.
Notice is further given that the Board of City Commissioners will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, July 24, 2012 at 5:15 p.m. in the Tom Baker Meeting Room of the City/County Office Building at 221 North Fifth Street, Bismarck, North Dakota to consider said matter and to hear testimony and evidence to persons interested therein.
