Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck City Commission, on Tuesday, October 23, 2012, approved an ordinance rezoning from the R5-Residential and R10–Residential zoning districts to the R10-Residential zoning district on Lots 8-15, Block 7, Centennial Park 4th Addition and from the RM30-Residential zoning district to the Conditional CG-Commercial zoning district on Lot 5, Block 1, Centennial Park 4th Addition.
This ordinance is available for copying and inspection during normal working hours in the office of the City Administrator.
