Starting at 9:00 am on Thursday, February 27, 2014, 4th Street will be closed to through traffic between Boulevard Avenue and Arikara Avenue to remove a tree.
A detour will be in place.
Northbound traffic will be detoured west on Boulevard Avenue to 3rd Street, then north on 3rd Street to Arikara Avenue, the east back to 4th Street.
Southbound traffic will be detoured west on Arikara Avenue to 3rd Street, then south on 3rd Street to Boulevard Avenue, then east back to 4th Street.
Traffic should use alternate routes.
4th Street should reopen to traffic after 1:00 pm.
