Voluntary water use restrictions for Bismarck and City of Lincoln residents have been lifted.
The construction work that limited the capacity at the Bismarck Water Treatment Plant has been completed and the plant now has sufficient production capacity to meet all needs. The voluntary water restrictions that were in effect have been cancelled.
The City would like to thank its customers in Bismarck and Lincoln for their cooperation and patience.
