Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck City Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 9, 2014, at 5:15 p.m. in the Tom Baker Meeting Room, City-County Building, 221 North 5th Street, Bismarck, North Dakota, to consider the following:
Request of IRET Properties for approval of a zoning change from the RM30-Residential and P-Public zoning districts to the PUD-Planned Unit Development zoning district on Lots 1-3, Block 3, Edgewood Village 7th Addition. The PUD zoning district would allow the development of a 15-building apartment complex with up to 950 units. The property is located in northeast Bismarck, along the south side of 43rd Avenue NE, the east side of Nebraska Drive, the north side of Calgary Avenue and the west side of Minnesota Drive.
Descriptions of these requests are on file and may be viewed or copied any working day between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. at the City-County Community Development Department, 221 North 5th Street, Bismarck, North Dakota.
