[ARCHIVED] Downtown Implementation Task Force Seeks Parent Input Wednesday, September 24

The Downtown Implementation Task Force is seeking citizen input about the design concepts they’d like to see in the Bismarck downtown area on Wednesday, Sept. 24, at 10 a.m., Bismarck Veterans Memorial Public Library, 515 N. Fifth St., Meeting Room B, lower level. The impetus for this event is the implementation of the Downtown Bismarck Sub-Area Plan.

This will be an informal input meeting with a target demographic group of parents – those with young children and families. Ideas are welcome! How can we create a walkable, pedestrian friendly environment in downtown Bismarck? Citizens are encouraged to join the conversation and weigh-in on the opportunity to change the future landscape of downtown Bismarck.

The City’s goal is to engage a wide variety of citizens and demographic groups and get them involved. “We want their input!” This is a fun and easy way for citizens to take part and tell us what they’d like to see in the downtown area.
