[ARCHIVED] Power Outage Planned for South Bismarck on March 25 and March 26

Montana-Dakota Utilities customers in parts of south Bismarck will be without power sometime between 5 a.m. to 6 a.m. on Wednesday, March 25; and again sometime between 5 a.m. to 6 a.m. on Thursday, March 26, weather permitting. The outages, which are expected to last about 10 minutes each, are required to perform maintenance on the transmission line and substation that serves the area.

The affected area is south of Bismarck Expressway, west to just beyond Riverwood Drive & England Street, east to just beyond University Drive (including the airport area) and south to 48th Avenue.

Montana-Dakota recommends that customers take time to prepare for this outage by backing up or shutting down computers and other electronic equipment. Thank you for your patience during these outages.
