Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck Renaissance Zone Authority will hold public hearings on Tuesday, May 19, 2015 at 4:00 p.m. in the David J. Blackstead Meeting Room, City-County Office Building, 221 North 5th Street, Bismarck, North Dakota to consider the following requests:
• Request of Feil Orthodontics for assistance from the CORE Technical Assistance Bank grant program for the building at 416 North 6th Street. The property is owned by Canvasback, LLP and is legally described as the Lot 2 less the West 10 feet, Block 25, Northern Pacific Addition.
• Request of Rick and Lori Lee for designation of the purchase of a primary residential condominium in a previously approved Renaissance Zone project at 100 West Broadway Avenue as a Renaissance Zone Project. The property is owned by Pine Properties, LLC and is legally described as Lots 1-24, Block 58, Original Plat.
At these hearings, the Renaissance Zone Authority will provide an opportunity for all interested persons to comment on each project.
