Notice is hereby given that the City of Bismarck will hold a public informational meeting on Thursday, June 4, 2015 at 6:00 p.m., Bismarck Public Works Building, 601 South 26th Street, Bismarck, North Dakota on the following topic:
• Presentation of the Draft Stormwater Master Plan for the Ash and Ward Coulee Watershed located within the Hay Creek Township. The location of this watershed is generally described as the area bounded by River Road on the west, N.D. Highway 1804 on the north, 15th Street NW (extended) on the east, and Burnt Boat Drive on the south. The watershed includes all or portions of Sections 6, 7, 8, 18, and 19 in Township 139N, range 80W, and Sections 1, 12, 13, and 24 in Township 139 N, Range 81 W.
• Individuals with property located along Lower Burnt Creek are also encouraged to attend. Lower Burnt Creek is also locally known as the old Burnt Creek Channel that runs south of Burnt Creek Loop to the mouth of the Missouri River. Please note that this project is not associated with other improvements along Burnt Creek proposed/discussed by the Burleigh County Water Resource District.
At the informational meeting, the project team will describe the overall project, detail the performance of the draft master plan and provide an opportunity for all interested persons to comment. The intent of this meeting is to gather comments prior to finalizing the master plan. Interested persons may also submit comments or questions regarding the project prior to the meeting to:
