At a news conference today the Bismarck Mandan Economic Development Association announced the return of a $1.15 Million Investment to the Bismarck Vision Fund and presented the ceremonious check to Mayor John Warford.
As a result of the investment of public funds in supporting the economic growth of Bismarck, the City and its citizens received the economic benefits of increased jobs, experience and payroll in addition to the return of the original investment.
