[ARCHIVED] Over-Width Vehicle Stuck on Westbound I-94 at Hay Creek Bridge Between Exit 161 and Exit 159

An over-width vehicle is stuck on westbound I-94 at the Hay Creek Bridge, between Exit 161 (Bismarck Expressway) and Exit 159 (Hwy 83/State Street). Until it can be removed, traffic is being routed around the vehicle at 5 MPH, which is causing a back-up.
