BISMARCK, N.D. (Feb. 15, 2018) – Gov. Doug Burgum today directed all government agencies to fly the United States and North Dakota flags at half-staff until sunset Monday, Feb. 19, and encouraged North Dakotans to do the same at their homes and businesses, as a mark of respect for the victims of Wednesday’s shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida.
