Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck Renaissance Zone Authority will hold a public hearing on Thursday, January 10, 2019 at 4:00 p.m. in the David J. Blackstead Meeting Room, City-County Office Building, 221 North 5th Street, Bismarck, North Dakota on the following issue:
• Request of 630 E Main Development, LLC for the purchase and new construction of a building at 630 East Main Avenue as a Renaissance Zone project. The property is owned by the City of Bismarck and is legally described as Parts of Lots 7-18, Block 44, Original Plat.
At this hearing, the Renaissance Zone Authority will provide an opportunity for all interested persons to comment on this project.
