[ARCHIVED] Burgum directs flags flown at half-staff in honor of nation’s longest-serving congressman

Gov. Doug Burgum today directed all government agencies to fly the US and North Dakota flags at half-staff until sunset Sat., Feb. 9, and encourages North Dakotans to do the same, as a mark of respect for former U.S. Rep. John D. Dingell Jr. of Michigan.
