Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck City Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 12, 2019, at 5:15 p.m. in the Tom Baker Meeting Room, City-County Building, 221 North 5th Street, Bismarck, North Dakota, to consider the following item:
• Request of Tyler Coulee, LLP, Knutson Homes, Inc. and Knutson Estates, Ltd. for the annexation of Eagle Crest 8th Addition, less that portion previously annexed, and a zoning change from the A-Agricultural and R5-Residential zoning districts to the R5-Residential zoning district for Eagle Crest 8th Addition, a 23-lot subdivision on 26.8 acres. The property is located in northwest Bismarck, west of East Valley Drive and as an extension of Crest Road and High Creek Place (Part of the NE1/4 and Auditor’s Lot B of the SE1/4 of Section 19, T139N-R80W/Hay Creek Township and a replat of Lot 11, Block 3, Eagle Crest 4th Addition).
