Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck Renaissance Zone Authority will hold a public hearing on Thursday, May 9 at 4:00 p.m. in the David J. Blackstead Meeting Room, City-County Office Building, 221 North 5th Street, Bismarck, North Dakota on the following items:
• Request of Brick Oven Bakery, LLC for a Renaissance Zone designation for the building at 112 North 4th Street. The property is owned by Newgen 1, LLC and is legally described as Lot 6, Block 50, Original Plat.
• Request of the Renaissance Zone Authority to designate Block 3A, legally described as Blocks 41, 43, 69, and 71, Original Plat, and Block 5, Wachter’s Addition, as completed and remove from the Renaissance Zone; and add Blocks 1E - 8E to the Renaissance Zone, legally described as Blocks 17-20, and the block bounded by East Front Avenue, South 12th Street, BNSF railroad tracks, and the east line of Auditors Lot 1600 of Section 3, Township 138 North, Range 80 West, all within Sturgis Addition, Blocks 29, 31, and 33, Williams Survey Addition, and Block 112, Original Plat.
At this hearing, the Renaissance Zone Authority will provide an opportunity for all interested persons to comment on these items.
