Starting at 8:30 A.M., Tuesday, November 5, 2019, Fifth Street will be closed to through traffic between Rosser Avenue and Avenue A, for a crane to do work on the adjacent bank building.
No detour will be in place.
The closures will be in place until the end of the day Tuesday, November 5.
Traffic should plan ahead and use alternate routes.
Access to adjacent businesses will be maintained
