BISMARCK, ND –Starting 7:00 am, Tuesday, July 7, 2020, E Avenue C will be closed to through traffic between 8th Street and 9th Street.
Eastbound traffic will be detoured south on 8th Street to Avenue B and then east back to 9th Street. Westbound traffic will be detoured north on 9th Street to E Avenue E the west to 7th Street.
Traffic may experience delays during peak hours and are asked to plan ahead and seek alternate routes.
This closure will be in place for approximately one day.
